MARECO PROTOTYPING

NEDERLANDS ENGLISH DEUTSCH ITALIANO

Welcome to our site!
We perform Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Manufacturing by means of Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). This is a layer manufacturing technique which generates plastic parts in no time with properties that are very close to comparable injection molded parts.

Strong

SLS is the best method for protos and rapid manufactured parts which have to extend decent mechanical forces, for instance click-fingers. We are sintering with real thermoplastics which properties are very close to comparable injection molded parts.
For more information see also our RP and RM pages or follow the Technical Information menu.

Reliable

We have a solid quality system and Mareco is certified according to ISO 9001:2000. Our quality room has an excellent equipment, every part receives a dimensional and visual control procedure before shipping.
Our quality department continiously checks the production processes to ensure that only 100% conformity is guaranteed.

Accurate

The PA12 thermoplastic we are working with can achieve average tolerances of ± 0,10 [mm] per 100 [mm]. In practice SLS shows to be one of the most accurate prototyping systems. There are a lot of examples showing for instance how an SLS part fits on an afterwards made injection molded part, two different production processes with their own accuracy!

Fast

Our standard delivery time for normal sized SLS parts is three days, nevertheless, sometimes it is possible in only one day. This depends on the size of the actual sinter job and on the size of your new requested parts. Parts which have to be finished or reworked or which deviates from normal SLS- dimensions need a longer lead-time.
